About

Abby’s 3-2-1 Motorcycle Training is a recognized Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) rider education program. We adhere to strict MSF standards for safety and education. Students must pass a 3-hour e-course followed by two days in the classroom and range. When the e-course, written test, and riding evaluations are completed successfully, the student receives a completion card to take to the DMV where a motorcycle endorsement will be added to the driver’s license.

The only prerequisite for the Basic Rider Course is the ability to ride a bicycle.

FAQs

Do I need to bring my own motorcycle to the Basic Rider Course or three-wheel course?

No! Brand new Yamaha motorcycles and CanAms for the 3WBRC have been provided by Celli’s. No need to make a big investment before you’re sure if riding is for you.

Do I need a lot of expensive motorcycle gear?

Again, no! We require a helmet, eye protection, long sleeves, full-fingered gloves, sturdy long pants, and over-the-ankle footwear (NOT canvas). Note the word ‘require.’ This is not an option or suggestion. The gear is required or you forfeit your class fee. Here’s a video with some suggestions: https://bit.ly/brcgear

Do your classes meet the requirement to not wear a helmet in Nebraska?

All of the classes offered will allow you to ride without a helmet legally in Nebraska, if you are over the age of 21. However, if you take a 3-wheel class or the BRC on a scooter, your card will indicate that you have taken the class for three-wheel only or scooter only, and you will only be able to ride (with or without helmet) on those types of vehicles. The BRC2 is for endorsed riders, and passengers can attend the BRC2 with you at no extra cost. They will also receive a card that states “passenger only”.

Testimonials

Abby knows her stuff! Her instruction style is honest, encouraging, and her knowledge is impeccable! Receiving my endorsement from Abby nearly eight years ago, she got me off to a great start. I have been safely enjoying riding in multiple states and can engage challenging conditions because of what I learned from her. Thanks Abby!

I already knew how to ride and just needed my endorsement. I was challenged and am far more comfortable in curves now. I’m really glad I took the course with Abby.
